Melissa Fernandez is Anglo Indian. She was born and raised in Dubai. When she was 15 years old she moved away from home and went to boarding school in Australia. Moving to Australia opened up Melissa’s Education in the Creative Industry. Melissa was Drama Captain in School, completed Speech and Drama Grade 8 with Trinity College London as well as a Bachelor of Film & Television at Bond University.
Melissa has been credited in IMBb and known for the role Sarah Knowles in Bad Dates. As well as Producing a short Film called EDNA, which was featured in the Cannes Film Festival. Melissa is represented by the Agent Extra Edge Talent.
Melissa is currently studying under New York Times acclaimed actor, director and writer, David Epstein and Gold Coast’s leading acting coach Ellie Popov at Imperfective Creatives.
Melissa is also passionate about Personal Development. She is qualified in Nutrition, Personal Training and Mental Health. Melissa spends her free time coaching and producing the Rediscover You Podcast, which hit #5 in Australia for the Relationship Category.
